The Berghaus repairhaus team have been quietly bringing customer’s damaged items back to life since the start of the brand in 1966. Based in Sunderland, the team repair customer’s products for free, all you have to pay for is the postage!
There is no time restriction on this service, you can send in items that are 2 months old or 2 decades old, and the team will do their very best to return them to tip-top condition.

SCARPA shoes and boots are built to the highest standard and should serve you for many years of use. However, just like tyres on a car, the rubber parts of a boot or shoe can wear down with use, and that’s why Scarpa offer a full re-sole service.
Any shoe or boot with the resole possible logo have been designed to allow for the sole to be replaced, extending the lifespan of your footwear. Rather than just replacing the sole though, Scarpa will put the footwear back on the original "last” as part of this process. This ensures that the footwear is rebuilt around the original shape of the shoe.
This process does come at a cost, but after sending your footwear off you can rest safe in the knowledge that it will be going back to the main Scarpa factory in Italy.
