If your enquiry is regarding an existing order then please have your order reference number ready to hand. This is a number beginning OGB which can be found in the subject line of any email we have sent you.
When emailing, please quote your order reference number and name the order was placed under. This will help us deal with your enquiry as efficiently as possible. If you do not have your order reference then please state your delivery address, including postcode.
Our Customer Service team works 7 days a week to respond to your emails but please allow at least 24 hours at busy times.
