The Munro Ice Axe is a non-technical axe with a hot-forged carbon steel head and a straight shaft. The body and head of the axe are drop forged in one piece with the stamped adze welded to it. It is light, tough and durable to make it easy to handle yet effective when it matters.
The Ice Axe comes supplied with a Grivel Long Leash with built-in rubber point protector for extra safety and to prevent damage to the axe’s point.
