    With a reflective trim to keep you in sight even when it gets dark, this clean, simple design makes quick work of upgrading your protection. A storm flap fastens over your boot with a simple hook-and-loop system and an adjustable drawcord fastens below the knee. Then it’s down to the high-performance, three-layer, GORE-TEX fabric to take the strain from the rain.
