Baltic M.E.D./SOLAS Rescue Lifejacket
The Baltic M.E.D./SOLAS Rescue Lifejacket is one of Baltic's newly developed hybrid lifejackets.
Designed for personal rescue, the M.E.D./SOLAS Rescue Lifejacket combines the advantages of foam lifejackets with inflatable jackets. The result is a highly buoyant jacket as the foam gives 77N of buoyancy and the inflatable twin chamber lung adds 185N, giving the jacket a total of 262N buoyancy.
The lifejacket is available either as manual/automatic or automatic/automatic versions. .
The Rescue Lifejacket is equipped with an EN1095/EN ISO 12401 approved safety harness, integrated sprayhood, holder for VHF and knife, double crotch straps, a quick-release and inflation valve, identification card holder and an EPIRB holder.
Tested and approved to the M.E.D./SOLAS, EN396 and EN1095/EN ISO 12401 standards, the Baltic M.E.D./SOLAS Rescue Lifejacket is suitable for use on rescue boats.
