The case is UV stabilised to prevent damage from the sun and is unaffected by saltwater as well as having a high resilience to chemicals. The Lifedge Waterproof Case will keep functioning through a background temperature range of -20°C to 45°C.
The Lifedge Waterproof Case features a flexible screen with hydrophobic properties to repel water. The screen incorporates an OptiGuard Anti-glare coating that provides outstanding clarity even in sunlight, decreased eyestrain and will withstand household and most other chemicals, oils, suntan lotion and abrasion against coarse fibres.
Two OptiGuard AROL Optical Patches fixed either side of the screen allow the iPad’s camera to work through the anti-glare layer of the screen.
A removable strap is attached to the back of the case which allows the Lifedge Waterproof Case to be securely held or attached to a lanyard in two different positions. The snug-fitting strap is mounted to the case using non-rusting 316 stainless steel fixtures. A 2.5-mm Allen key is required to remove the strap.
