Windex 10 Wind Direction Indicator
The Windex 10 Wind Direction Indicator is simply a smaller version of the hugely popular Windex 15 Wind Direction Indicator and this 10 model is designed for use with smaller keel boats.
The Windex 10 will work very effectively for family leisure boats as well as for racing sailing boats with mast heights up to 8-9 metres (25-30 ft).
While the Windex 10 Wind Direction Indicator is smaller than the original Windex 15, it nonetheless still features the renowned technology of the Windex sapphire suspension rotating on a stainless steel pin, which makes it possible to recognise even 1° changes in the wind direction in a wind as light as 0.2 knots.
The Windex 10 Wind Direction Indicator is extremely rugged and will cope well in any wind conditions, having been tested in a wind tunnel in wind speeds up to 80 knots.
