The H7 Heart Rate Sensor is among the first of the new-generation Polar sensors and training units boasting Bluetooth technology that can be used in partnership with compatible smartphones, gym devices and Polar training wrist-top computers.

The H7 HR Sensor also uses coded 5 kHz transmission to connect with the majority of Polar training computers and with compatible gym equipment.

The Polar H7 is supplied with a soft textile chest strap which readily adapts to your body shape to avoid any hindrance to your flexibility or your respiration during your training or exercise session.

There is no need to buy any additional equipment to use your Polar H7 Heart Rate Sensor as no dongle, for example, is required.
