The heated insole of the Standard version works well to create the ideal in-shoe climate for your boots to promote comfort and good hygiene.
There are three heat settings to select from and the four rechargeable NiMH battery packs supplied can, if preferred or necessary, be swapped for any AA battery packs.
The Alpenheat Comfort NiMH AA Bootheater is available in the Custom version for the installation of the heating elements in your own insole in ski boots and in the Standard version with heating elements integrated in the insole.
The temperature and heating time information in the table below represents approximate values because actual capacities obtained are influenced by the respective type and duration of the charging process as well as various tolerances of the batteries and micro-controller. The heating time information represents guide values and applies for an outside temperature of –18°C (0°F).
