Dive Fins are worn for diving and snorkelling to enhance mobility and
aid swimming in open water. There are two main types of diving or snorkel fins,
open heel or shoe fin.
- Open Heel fins are usually slightly bigger and more robust. They can be worn with wetsuit boots for protection against sharp coral and rocks. Open heel fins have an adjustable heel strap and come in small, medium and large sizes.
- Shoe Fins or 'pool' dive fins are shorter, lighter and are worn like a rubber shoe. Dive shoe fins are supplied in shoe sizes making it easy to find a fit.
TIP: For growing children, a larger size can be purchased and worn with socks.
