The VX-PC300 integrate the advanced technology of Sony's digital video cameras with ease of use. The infrared remote control grip features zoom, record start/stop, and photo capture thumb-controlled buttons that respond to the most sensitive direction.

VX-PC300 FEATURES:
- Autofocus ON/OFF switch is located below the power ON/OFF switch for locking the focus during recording.
- With the accessory base stay, mounting of the video camera is easy. The electronically operated controls allow the user to control most of the functions without compromising the watertight integrity of the housing.
- Large buffered viewfinder provides an unhindered view of the camera's precision finder.
- Color filter (optional) mounts to the lens; minimizes the blue hues. 0.6x wide conversion lens mounts onto the camcorder's lens; expands angle of view.
- REC, PHOTO and ZOOM controls are operable while holding the grip. High-quality digital photo mode also available.
- Accessory shoe on top of the housing accepts a mini shoe arm or hot shoe arm for a compact video light. Also seen, locking latch with safety lock.
- High-quality amphibious microphone provides realistic sound recording. Housing guard provides stability for housing when not in use.
- Light control grip for the BLX-55W light system enables control of one or two video lights. See page 47 for details.

Attaching Light Cannon 100 to Camera Housings:
For consistant lighting, many underwater videographers attach the Light Cannon 100 to their camera housings using a ball-joint arm system. Although we do not manufacture arms, we have found the system manufactured by ULTRALIGHT Control Systems to be a good choice.
