The Silva ex 3 Connect makes it possible to take your performed exercise to the web, allowing you to analyse your performance on an hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.

You can also set your own exercise targets and invite your friends and colleagues to take part in challenges online.

With a 3D-Motion sensor, the Silva ex 3 Connect Pedometer can hang around your neck, be stored in a bag or pocket or be attached to your hip and will still count your steps. Performance data can be stored for 30 days before asking you to upload your data to silvaconnect.com

Log on to silvaconnect.com for the first time to set your personal targets - for example, your target could be the number of steps you wish to walk every day - then log in again and you can compare your performance to your target.

Invite your friends to participate in a challenge; this is a step competition and you set the criteria of the competition yourself - for example, reach 70,000 steps in 7 days.
