The Polar F6 HRM is the perfect tool for effective training.
Depending on your body's daily condition, you might benefit from either a low or high intensity training session. The Polar F6 HRM checks your daily condition and guides you to a suitable intensity.

The Polar F6 HRM can:

The Polar F6 HRM connects to your computer allowing you to edit wrist unit settings with the Polar UpLink Tool and transfer them to your Polar product, you can also transfer logos from the Polar website to the wrist unit using Uplink.
