You can be assured that it can be easily and swiftly attached to and removed from the bike pannier. Should you prefer to carry it on your person, there is a loop on the reverse side that can be attached to a belt or some other kind of strap. The smaller size is ideal for attachment to panniers and small backpacks while the larger size can be attached to larger backpacks or dry bags.
