Carbohydrate & WHEY Protein (24%) drink mix with L-GLUTAMINE. Exercise initially weakens the body, depleting energy stores and damaging muscle & connective tissue. High5 Protein Recovery is a dry powder protein & carbohydrate drink mix designed to maximise recovery after hard exercise. It contains the highest quality bio-available WHEY Protein to build lean muscle; rapidly absorbed carbohydrate to re-energise tired muscles & power the body’s recovery process; and added Glutamine for cell growth, cell repair and the maintenance of a healthy immune system.
High5 Protein Recovery is available in two versions, either mix with milk OR mix with water. The mix with milk flavours make a great tasting “shake” that’s easy to drink, even after hard training when the appetite’s suppressed. The mix with water versions are more suitable for taking to races in warm conditions and for those athletes that are lactose intolerant.

Mix With Water Or Mix with Milk Flavours?
Banana, Vanilla & Chocolate flavours are optimised to be mixed with fresh skimmed milk, milk substitute or re-constituted milk powder. These flavours make great tasting milk-shakes and are easy to consume even after hard exercise when the appetite is suppressed.
Berry & Citrus flavours are optimised to be mixed with water. They are designed for athletes that are intolerant to the lactose in milk. |
