It is suitable for use both in Europe and for more tropical destinations where there is high risk of malaria, dengue fever etc. For maximum protection, you should apply the product to all exposed skin, making sure to avoid eyes, mouth and open cuts as it may cause irritation. Once applied, it can last up to 5 1/2 hours. However, it is worth noting that it may wash off with water and sweat so reapplication is necessary in order for the gel to perform to its full potential.
