The Cardiosport GO 15s provides a scan function to display how hard you have been exercising which can be viewed during exercise to check progress. Your progress is stored for you to check post-exercise using the memory recall function, which automatically resets when the next session begins. It has a single button for switching heart rate on and off, making it and super-efficient and easy to use.

The Heart Rate Monitor allows you to pre-set target zones with an audible or visual alarm to alert you when you leave a zone.
