The blade is made of stainless steel and is 3 inches in length. Part of the blade is fine edge and part is serrated so it has a multi-functionality including the ability through the serrated section to cut through rope, vines etc.
The handle is principally constructed of aluminium but the design features a number of cut outs that reduces its weight significantly. These round cut outs are infilled with rubber inserts for a secure grip when the knife is in use.
