The TEXASHIELD ECOSPHERE shell fabric is breathable, windproof and water repellent, and has a pleasant, natural texture.The adjustable hood provides good protection for the head and neck in cold, blustery weather. The long cut of the coat keeps the thigh and seat areas comfortably warm too. The main fabrics in this coat are sustainably manufactured from recycled materials.
A synthetic alternative to down: Ultra-fine, naturally water-repellent fibres, made mainly from polyester, regulate temperature and guarantee comfort and well-being.
The thin, soft PrimaLoft® fibres create a particularly durable synthetic-fibre filling which withstands many washes and the stresses endured from a wide range of activities.
Since the fibres are significantly finer than other synthetic insulation materials, they can store more air, as well as being able to be compressed smaller. For this reason, the down-like padding is mainly used to insulate jackets.
