Weems and Plath Skipjack Clock and Barometer

The Weems and Plath Skipjack Clock and Barometer is a special member of the W&P nautical instrument range as it has no front and no back so it looks great no matter from which side of a desk you are looking at it.

Housed in a traditional forged and highly polished brass case, this combination clock/barometer swivels through 360° both horizontally and vertically in a perfectly balanced and integrated brass gimbal.

One face features the clock and on the reverse is the barometer with the gimbal also allowing for comfortable viewing from any angle.

The aneroid barometer movement is made in Germany and is calibrated for altitudes up to 3500 ft above sea level.

This is a very impressive, distinctive and compact instrument which could be custom engraved to become a unique gift or award.

  • Clock operates on 1 x N battery
  • Aneroid barometer calibrated for altitudes up to 3500 ft above sea level
