A polyester developed by Primaloft® (the worlds best artificial thermal insulator in technical garments). It creates a soft fibre, thermal insulation, hydrophobic that expels and doesn't absorb moisture.
Merino sheep's wool, because of its greater length (65-100 mm) and thinner diameter of its fibres (less than 24 micron), results in a softer yarn with finer curls pleasant to the touch. The fibre's core is hydrophilic (retains moisture) and breathes. Since this fibre heats up, even when humid, this is the middle fibre in the T3 Lorpen for colder temperatures.
The new T3 technology is based on our development and technical optimization of the T3 structure. It retains all of the advantages of T3 and adds additional features in order to ensure total comfort for the most extreme sports or activities.
This integrated support keeps the sock perfectly aligned with the foot, without it sliding or turning, eliminating unevenness and wrinkles.
The open mesh structure helps to keep the foot cool during exercise by providing airflow.
