Some Deuter landmarks:- The first fully ventilated back system, the legendary Deuter 'Aircomfort' system, which has revolutionised hiking pack carrying systems since 1984 has become a world-wide standard in hiking packs. To satisfy the needs of modern outdoor fans, in 2002, Deuter introduced the AC Lite series which brought modern pack design to the centre stage. Continuing lightweight and technical backpack development, in 2003 we introduced the ACT Lite series, offering impressive load carrying and comfort in a lightweight and durable package. Also last year, the Kangaroo was met with great applause, an original with its zip open child carrier.
