Weems & Plath Ultralight Ships Dividers/Navigators Compass

Weems & Plath Ultralight Ships' Dividers/Navigator's Compass is a strongly constructed set of dividers that are larger than the standard size to cope with heavy use.

These dividers will therefore provide a very effective navigation instrument for marking charts when at sea.

In use, the dividers’ gear-synchronised arms enable single-handed operation and provide very accurate point alignment. In addition, the centre wheel/extension bar construction also enable quick and precise operation.

Weems & Plath Ultralight Ships' Dividers/Navigator's Compass are made of a coated marine alloy to resist corrosion in a marine environment.

The hardened stainless steel points on these dividers are fully adjustable and when one point is replaced with lead (supplied) the dividers can be used as navigator's compass.
