Turboflame GX7 Original Lighter

The Turboflame GX7 Original Lighter is the classic, the original TurboFlame Lighter.

The flame will burn at 1300°C! More like a blowtorch than a lighter, the flame is pressurised and uses a shielded platinum catalyser coil element which glows white hot to keep the flame alight.

The TurboFlame GX7 Original Lighter lights instantly in strong winds and will resist being extinguished however bad the weather - it will even burn normally upside-down!

The GX7 flame can be locked on so that it will burn continuously, meaning that it can be used hands-free to solder, weld, heat etc.

Fill using the recommended butane gas refills, e.g. brands such as Colibri, Newport or Maplin Electronics that use premium quality and are marked: Triple/Double refined or Near Zero Impurities. Otherwise, use of common supermarket brands that have high impurity (oils) content, cause carbon build up, catalyser clogging and ignition failure.

Please Note: This item can only be shipped within the UK and it will be supplied empty, i.e. without fuel.

Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us, following the instructions above, and we'll exchange or refund it. Please see below for products excluded from this policy.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to return the product(s) for a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt.
Normally we'll refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase.

It's important that returned items and their packaging are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them.

Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange

We're unable to accept cancellations for these products once ordered.
