Suunto X6HRT Titanium Heart-Rate Monitor Watch
The new Suunto X6hrt Titanium Heart-Rate Monitor Watch is an ideal wristop computer for any cross-sports athlete or enthusiast interested in improving their performance.
The Suunto X6HRT's combination of an altimeter and heart-rate monitor helps mountain bikers, runners or cross-country skiers get more out of their training. Knowing the impact of the altitude on your heart rate will help keep your performance at the right exertion level in all conditions.
The Suunto X6HRT is a new model based on the same design element and features as the original Suunto X6HRT, which won the prestigious Gear-of-the-Year Award for 'Best Electronics Category' in the USA in 2003.
The hard-coated titanium housing and strap segments give this wristop computer an advanced and stylish look and a very comfortable feel on one's wrist. The sapphire glass and titanium materials make the Suunto X6HRT very scratch resistant in all environments. Thanks to the new features, the Suunto X6HRT is lighter and even more user-friendly than the Suunto X6.
In addition to heart rate and altitude, the Suunto X6HRT gives information on, for example, vertical speed, compass bearing and barometric pressure. These are useful indicators for everyone who wants to enjoy the outdoor experience to the fullest. For example, the chronometer records altitude and heart-rate profile and the logbook tells the vertical sum of hills climbed during the day. This information can be checked instantly and the profile can be seen on the wrist display or later on a PC.
Suunto Activity Manager software links the Suunto X6HRT to a PC and makes it easy to visualise, for example, mountain biking routes and heart-rate profiles and, finally, to analyse the training data. This offers an exciting view on the recorded data for all endurance sports enthusiasts.
The Suunto X6HRT is a great tool for maintaining a training diary and creating your own activity reports by adding photos and text to the visualised profiles.
