Suunto t4 Training Heart-Rate Monitor
The Suunto t4 heart-rate monitor measures heart rate, the intervals between heart beats and the fluctuation between intervals. This data can yield near laboratory accurate, real-time information on heart rate, calories burned and the true Training Effect (TE) of a workout.
Designed for endurance sportsmen and women participating in competitive sports, the Suunto t4 logs workouts, tracks progress and displays the real-time TE of a workout on a straightforward, one-to-five scale.
The digital communication of the Suunto t4 eliminates interference and cross-talk from nearby transmitters and power lines and also enables error-free information also when running or riding in a group.
Using the Suunto Coach feature, the Suunto t4 generates a 5-day plan for improving your aerobic condition. Employing TE technology, the Suunto t4 tells you which days to work out with information on duration and intensity.
Salient Suunto t4 features include TE, heart rate, calories burned and speed & distance with optional Suunto PODs.
Equipped with optional PC POD and Training Manager Lite PC software, you can transfer data to your PC and easily maintain a personal training log.
