Spyderco Para Military2 Black Blade Knife C81GBK2
Released in 2010, the Spyderco Para Military2 Black Blade Knife C81GBK2 features several alterations on the classic version.
The newer model has more consistent manufacturing tolerances due to the new Bushing Pivot system which generates fluid action. The knife also features a few design changes, for example the G-10 handle is slimmer at the end which improves ergonomics. Both the handle and the blade have also been designed to be narrower which eliminates hard corners when the knife is in the closed position in the pocket.
The Spyderco Para Military2 Black Blade Knife C81GBK2 features an either-hand four-way clip which can be carried tip-up or tip-down. It also includes an effective compression lock for safe transportation.
Spyderco have increased the length of the high-performance CPM-S30V full flat-ground blade on this knife in the range whilst also adding surface jimping to both the spine and finger choil. This blade on this model is also coated in non-reflective DLC (Diamond-Like Coating) for the best finish possible.
Though not obvious from the appearance, the changes made to the first knife in this range have produced a sharper, smoother and more comfortable knife which is guaranteed to perform.
