SIS Go-Bars contain less than 2 g of fat per big 65-g bar and will give your body a healthier choice that really is a break form the norm.

Approximately 15% of the calories are derived from protein and over 70% from carbohydrate. Carbohydrate is delivered from several sources including oats, rice, corn and real fruit to provide a consistent energy release and the oats also provide a good source of soluble fibre.

The SIS (Science in Sport) bar is fortified with vitamins and minerals to be in balance with its energy content.

The apple and blackcurrant flavoured bar has over 80% of the calories from carbohydrate whilst the chocolate orange flavoured bar has added MCT's (medium chain triglycerides) from coconut oil.

The MCT's provide an extra, easily used energy source for those ultra endurance athletes.
