These Serengeti Medium Aviator Drivers Gradient Designer Sunglasses were invented to help protect pilots from the Sun's glare at the top of the lens and provide a clear view of instruments at the bottom.

Photochromatic technology lightens and darkens as the amount of ultra-violet radiation increases and diminishes through the patented Spectral Control filters engineered into the glass. These Serengeti lens also provide UV protection and have an anti-reflective coating on the back side of the lens.
