The Polar CS100 Cycle Computer is for fun and for victory.
For recreational riders and for those who want an affordable computer for their cycling training, the CS100 is the perfect solution. The CS100 not only helps you understand how your body responds to the different levels of extertion you put it under, but it also provides you with information about how to improve your performance.
Setting up the Polar CS100 couldn't be easier, once out of the box the Easy Start Setting Wizard will guide you through all of the necessary settings.
The Polar CS100 can:
Measure your current, average and maximum speed
Estimate your time of arrival based on your cycling speed - Set the distance you are going to ride and the CS100 will calculate your estimated time of arrival based on your cycling speed.
Display how many calories you’ve burned
Measure the work your heart does as % and as the number of beats per minute (BPM)
The Polar CS100 connects to your computer allowing you to edit wrist unit settings with the Polar UpLink Tool and transfer them to your Polar product, you can also transfer logos from the Polar website to the wrist unit using Uplink.

Polar OwnCal - Counts and displays calorie expenditure, shows your energy expenditure during one training session as well as your accumulated kilocalories during several training sessions. You can set daily and weekly training goals in terms of calorie expenditure with the OwnCal feature, because the OwnCal tracks both the energy expenditure during one training session and the accumulated kilocalories during a longer time e.g. one week, it helps in achieving both short term and long term goals.
