Highly technical and very versatile, the Petzl Charlet Sarken Crampons are ideal for soft or hard ice and for mixed or ice climbing.

With two points at the front, the Charlet Sarken Crampons give great penetration of hard ice whilst the toothed design will give the best grip possible in soft ice. Structural reinforcement on both sides gives durability and the length of the points have been specially engineered to give maximal stability. Manufactured using heat treatment, the Charlet Sarken Crampons are the optimal balance between strength, durability and versatility.

Two points are angled forwards to give support and better purchase when front-pointing and the four teeth angled back provide extra stability when descending. Lateral points are incorporated for purchase during traverses.

Suitable for rigid or flexible boots, the linking bar can be set in one of two modes to adapt to near any boot.
