Plugging directly into the base of any iPod (except the Shuffle), this iPod Base to 3.5-mm Jack Lead will bring the best sound out of your iPod.

Normal voltage from the headphone socket is 2 V; the base volume voltage is 5 V.

Please note: This cable will give line out so there will be No volume control from the iPod. A 3.5-mm plug on the other end allows the cable to be attached to most AUX inputs.
