When you own a Gatco Edgemate Knife Sharpening System, you will always be able to sharpen whatever blade you have.

Supplied in the kit are an assortment of sharpening hones which have integral guide rod holders for ease of use and storage sliding guide rods. These angle guides have six settings so you can choose the most comfortable position for you. The superior abrasives ensure fast and effective sharpening of all steels, even those which have previously been difficult to sharpen.

The hones of the Gatco Edgemate Knife Sharpening System are longer and wider than competitive models and are ergonomically designed to enable you to work at the blade without fatigue.
