EXPLORER LED 14 Caving helmet

Caving helmet: ECRIN ROC helmet equipped with the DUO headlamp and the ACETO acetylene lamp.

• ACETO aceletylene lamp produces 12 hours of light with 14 liter jet.
• Hybrid light source to adapt the lighting level to the action:
  • Halogen bulb for long distance lighting,
  • 14 LEDs with lighting levels (maximum, optimum, economic) to adjust the intensity and light duration.
  • LEDs for white, even proximity lighting with long light duration.
• Regulated 14 LEDs to maintain a constant level of lighting until the batteries are almost discharged.
• Reserve power mode: when the batteries are weak, the LED array switches automatically to reserve power mode.
• Electric light source waterproof down to 5m (IP X8).
• Durable helmet: polycarbonate shell for shock absorption.
• Comfortable:
  • excellent ventilation (14 holes),
  • 2 foam headbands (thin and thick) included,
  • 2 adjustment wheels on side of helmet.
• Numerous adjustment possibilities:
  • adjustment wheel for headband,
  • another adjustment wheel at the nape of neck,
  • chinstrap slides backwards and forwards.
