An ideal all round 12 point crampon, the Edelrid Salsa 12 pt Crampons are suited to everything from glacier travel to steep walls.

The Salsa 12 pt Crampons feature two asymmetric front spikes, with the second row pointing aggressively forward in support. Four off-angled points give better grip during ascent and descend whilst lateral spikes give great hold on traverses. As standard, the Salsa 12 pt Crampons come with anti-bot plates to ensure the best bite, even in warmer weather.

Using the patented Easy Adjust Bridge, the Salsa 12 pt Crampons are simple to use, even with gloves on. The innovative design allows the user to bend the heel down, slide the forefoot forwards or backwards as required, then simply click the heel back up into place.

The Salsa 12 pt Crampons adjust to boots sized 5.5 to 11, and come with a variety of bindings. Available to choose from are Soft, Semi-soft, and Automatic. As the names suggest, Soft is a binding suited to soft shoes; Semi-soft to semi rigid boots; and Automatic for rigid boots.
