Calorie Consumption Functions
The CP23 calculates the number of calories you burn up (consume) throughout the day by calculating your heart rate activity from the chest belt provided.
Normally you will wear the chest belt during periods of exercise, if you wear it at rest you will also be able to see calories used when you are not exercising. The calorie counter results from the CP23 easily enable you to calculate your calorie usage over the day.
