Designed for regattas, the GLX-5600-1ER I G-LIDE features a yacht timer. The yacht timer is used to time the start of a regatta. The countdown period can be set from 1 to 10 minutes, an acoustic signal is emitted after each minute has elapsed and then once a second for the last ten seconds.

Don't fret if the GLX-5600-1ER I G-LIDE gets in the way of a wave and ends up wet, it is water resistant to 20bar/200m.
