Whitby Safety/Rescue Cutter

The Whitby Safety/Rescue Cutter is arguably the safest type of tool for emergency cutting of rope, webbing and cord.

The serrated, hook-shaped stainless steel blade is almost fully encapsulated in plastic, leaving just a small cutting section exposed and so greatly reducing the chances of injury to the user or a casualty being rescued or of damage to inflatable boats or rafts.

A hole in the handle is large enough for two fingers, giving a very secure grip in wet conditions.

The plastic sheath will securely hold the cutter at any angle and features a pocket/webbing clip on the rear (handle-down carry) for easy attachment to a BA/PFD.
