Use your Suunto t3c Heart Rate Monitor with the included Suunto Comfort Belt to accurately monitor your real-time heart rate, calorie consumption, and Training Effect: a quick and accurate measurement of how hard your body's working at any given moment, so you can easily find that sweet spot for getting the most out of each workout.
Even more accurate and versatile measure of extertion than your heart rate, Training Effect keeps you on-target for achieving your goals, whether it's weight loss, cardiovascular health or shaving minutes off a marathon.
Using data from your personal fitness profile, the Suunto t3c will analyse your heartbeat and translates the data into a simple, one-to-five Training Effect scale. If, for example, you want to improve your aerobic fitness at a moderate tempo, you should work out until your TE meter reads 3.0 to 3.9 (2 to 4 times weekly). Data is displayed in real time on the t3c HR monitor using the easy to understand scale from 1 to 5. Training Manager Lite
Training Manager Lite is an integral part of the Suunto t3c experience. It stores and organises training sessions, allowing athletes to analyse their performance and create ideal training plans.

With one-button activation, training sessions can be quickly uploaded using a wireless Suunto PC POD. Using intuitive graphs and charts, users can view their performance over a single workout or a specific period of time. Training sessions can be broken down by type of activity (i.e. biking, running or kickboxing), giving users a deeper understanding of how different activities contribute to overall progress.
Equipped with a Suunto Foot, GPS, Bike and/or Cadence POD, the program allows Suunto t3c users to evaluate their overall performance. Suunto Training Manager Lite can also be used in home training for real time heart rate monitoring from the computer's screen.
The Suunto t3c Heart-Rate Monitor Watch features the new Suunto Comfort Belt (hence the 'c' in t3c) which offers more body-friendly fabrics and can be simply thrown into the washing machine thanks to its removable transmitter button.
Using ANT technology, the Suunto t3C avoids unwanted crosstalk from other HRM users and electrical equipment, letting you securely pair your Suunto Comfort Belt and your Suunto POD without fear of interference.
