Suunto Quest offers all the essential tools for outdoor training, including real-time heart rate monitoring, interval timers and a stopwatch with laps, which can be recorded by simply tapping the display.

When combined with the Suunto Foot POD Mini, Suunto Quest also offers users highly accurate and responsive speed, distance and running cadence measurement. The running cadence tool is designed to help regulate your pace so you can run faster and for longer.

The tiny 9-gram (0.3 oz) Foot POD Mini uses accelerometer technology to react instantly to changes in running speed, making it particularly useful for interval training and when running on uneven terrain.

Suunto Quest also features a user-friendly, three-button interface, nine language options, a clear display and a lightweight, comfortable fit.

The watch is compatible with movescount.com where you can analyse your performance and share your achievements online. You can also create and download tailor-made training programs or chose from existing plans.

Using Movescount, users can also customise their Suunto Quest display to show exactly the information they want to see during a workout. Post-workout benefits include the ability to wirelessly transfer workout data to Movescount using the Suunto Movestick Mini, a unique recovery time recommendation and advanced performance analysis including full heart-rate and speed graphs, which help the user gain a deeper understanding of their workout progress.
