The very versatile Silva Ninox II lets you control the burn time of your batteries with a choice between maximum and minimum lighting levels but even the maximum setting gives a full 30 hours of battery life with the three AAA batteries.
The Silva Ninox II Head Torch also provides a blink option as well as a brighter than usual red light that can be used for signalling or an emergency as well as a night-vision preserving light.
Bad weather will not worry this head lamp as it boasts a waterproof rating to IPX7 standard, which means this unit can cope with being submerged up to a metre deep for up to half an hour.
