The Polar H2 Heart Rate Sensor allows you to monitor your heart rate on all compatible Polar devices thanks to its use of both 5 kHz and 2.4 GHz W.I.N.D. transmission. It is also compatible with many gym equipment units, which often have the Polar logo on them to identify this.
