The Polar H1 Heart Rate Sensor is supplied attached to a very comfortable heart rate chest belt for you to wear when you are training.

The chest belt for the Polar H1 Heart Rate Sensor has a soft feel so that you could think you were simply wearing an item of clothing rather than a piece of technical equipment.

As well as the soft fabric, the connector has a slim profile for reduced obstruction when the Polar H1 Heart Rate Sensor is being used while swimming.

The Polar H1 Heart Rate Sensor works on a 5 kHz coded transmission that is compatible for use when swimming with a wide range of Polar units listed below* and it can also be used with compatible gym equipment (such equipment often features a Polar logo to indicate its compatibility).
