This variant of our G10 Battery Hatch Model Specification watch has a plain bezel design which differentiates it from some other MWC G10BH models.

We recently supplied these for a contract which specified the same type of bezel design as used by Pulsar and CWC although in other ways this watch is a typical MWC and retains the battery hatch which has been discarded by other manufacturers. The battery hatch is a very useful feature which saves considerable expense when a replacement battery is required. This model has impact resistant glass, using actual glass means that the watch is very resistant to minor scratches and also gives the watch a much cleaner and more streamlined appearance. With the exception of ourselves most other manufacturers such as CWC still continue to use plastic/acrylic glasses for their G10 watches.

The watch also uses Super-Luminova for improved night time visibility. Super-Luminova operates like a light battery. After sufficient activation by sunlight or artificial light, they glow in the dark for many hours. Larger markings are visible for the whole night. This activation and subsequent light emission process can be repeated again and again, and the material does not suffer any ageing. The other advantage is that Super-LumiNova pigments are absolutely free of radioactivity.

Our G10 is one of our most tried and tested G10 models and in its earlier variants has been in service for over 20 years. A large number of soldiers serving in both Iraq and other locations have evaluated this new model over lengthly periods and all reports have been very favourable.

The G10 is supplied with either a Black NATO strap or a current European NATO Grey webbing strap if preferred. We tend to ship US orders with the black strap and European orders with the Grey strap but the choice is yours so let us know if you have a preference

The back of the case bears various contract markings and the watch is supplied with a current issue NATO webbing strap.
