The Grivel Flex Bar is a regulation bar (190 mm - long, 160 mm regular) that makes changing from one size to a smaller one easy, simply by turning the bar over.

On touching the crampon, the retaining tooth automatically reduces the size, offering extremely quick fitting with no tools.

Remember that the right crampon becomes the left and vice versa.
