Featuring a convenient quick-release mount, the HD Helmet HERO easily attaches to your bike helmet, your ski helmet or your kayak helmet. In fact, if you are wearing a helmet, the GoPro will probably attach to it, working with any vented or non-vented helmet.

Want stills? The camera can also shoot automatic 5 MP photos at 2/5/10/30 and 60 second intervals during your session, hands free. Press the shutter button once and record up to 2.5 hours of poster-print quality photos of you and your friends living it up.

Included are mounts for attaching the camera to three helmets and two pieces of gear or vehicles, as well as a head strap allowing you to wear the camera like a headlamp. You can also pull this strap over helmets for easy camera sharing between friends. One of these helmet mounts is a lace-through strap-mount designed for vented helmets.

The HD Helmet HERO is compatible with all other GoPro HERO camera-mounting accessories, so it's very easy to expand the functionality of your camera to also suction cup to vehicles, clamp to bike handlebars and seat posts, mount to surfboards and even be worn on the wrist or chest.

Don't let a little rain or even a ton of water get in the way of getting the shot. The highly engineered polycarbonate exoskeletal housing is waterproof to 180 ft (60 m) and tough enough to take a skim across the rocks. Trash the housing in a massive crash?
