The GoPro Floaty Backdoor is a very practical device for whenever you want to take your GoPro wearable action sports camera anywhere near deep water.

In any such situation, you will naturally have your waterproof housing on the camera and the GoPro Floaty Backdoor conveniently attaches directly to the back door of the waterproof housing using industrial strength adhesive.

The GoPro Floaty will then make the unit buoyant so that if it is dropped into the water, it will float to give you a far better chance to recover the camera. In addition, the bright red colour of the Floaty also makes it easier to spot in the water if you are on a boat, for example, and have therefore moved away from the immediate vicinity of the drop zone and have lost sight of the camera.

A spare waterproof housing back door is supplied with the GoPro Floaty Backdoor so that you can still use the waterproof housing when you do not have need for the Floaty and/or you want to fit on a BacPac battery pack.

Note: The GoPro Floaty Backdoor will not support the weight of the Suction Cup Mount or the additional weight of BacPac accessories attached to your GoPro camera.
