The Gerber Camp Axe II features an extended and virtually unbreakable glass-filled nylon handle for greater power on each swing to make any job take less time to complete. The handle, which is moulded to the axe head for extra security, also has a shaped end to it which will help stop the lower hand slipping off the shaft.

The forged steel head of this axe offers very good edge retention so the Gerber Camp Axe II will give excellent service time after time before needing to be resharpened.

As an additional safety measure, the Gerber Camp Axe II is supplied with a moulded plastic sheath to help to avoid any damage to items during transit and to avoid any accidents when the axe is being carried.
