Garmin HRM-Run ANT+ Plus Heart Rate Transmitter

The Garmin HRM-Run ANT+ Plus Heart Rate Transmitter can be paired with a compatible Garmin device to enable you to monitor your heart rate and to obtain real-time feedback about your current running performance.*

The Garmin HRM-Run Heart Rate Transmitter module features an accelerometer that measures your torso movement while you are running in order to calculate three aspects of your running, your step cadence, your vertical body movement and your foot-on-ground contact time.

Display Details

  • Cadence: Number of steps per minute; display is total steps of right and left feet combined)
  • Vertical oscillation: Bounce in running motion; display is vertical motion of torso (in cm)
  • Ground contact time: Amount of time each step that foot spends on ground while running (in msecs)
