Collano Semparoc Adhesive

Use Semparoc Adhesive for water-resistant and weather proof bonding of wood-based materials, stone, ceramic and concrete. The adhesive is suitable for assembly work and for use with hardwoods, softwoods and non-flammable building boards.

Semparoc 60 Regular 800g

The Semparoc 60 is especially suitable for window frame stock, free-form assemblies, stair construction and structural components for non-certified applications.

• Preparation: Bonding surfaces must be plane, clean, free of oil and dust
• Application temperature: +10 C to +30 C
• Wood moisture content: 8-18%
• Method of application: Spatula or PUR Applico Vario
• Application quantity: 100-300 g/m²
• Open time: Approx. 1 hour
• Pressure: 0.2-0.8 N/mm²
• Press time: 3-4 hours
• Curing: Through material moisture and humidity
• Clean-up: In wet condition use Ebo clean, when dry use PUR Solvent

Semparoc Rapid 800g

The Semparoc Rapid is especially suitable for window frame stock, windows and shutters.

• Moisture resistance: C4 in accordance with EN 12765 (internal test)
• Heat resistance: 120 C

• Wood and material moisture content: 8-18%

• Further processing: After 2 hours
